1 Agreement to Terms

By engaging Integrity Patio Covers for services, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Integrity Patio Covers, including but not limited to custom aluminum patio covers, awnings, and outdoor living enhancements.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2 Services Provided

Integrity Patio Covers provides the following services:

  • Custom Aluminum Patio Covers: Including lattice, solid insulated, and combination designs
  • Awnings & Shade Solutions: Weather-resistant aluminum awnings for various applications
  • Outdoor Living Enhancements: Installation of fans, lighting, speakers, and decorative elements
  • Design Consultation: Free estimates and professional design recommendations

All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured professionals in compliance with Southern California building codes and regulations.

3 Estimates & Pricing

Free Estimates: We provide no-obligation estimates at no cost to you. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Final Pricing: The final contract price will be clearly stated in your written agreement. This price includes all materials, labor, and specified features. Any changes or additions requested after contract signing may result in additional charges.

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen circumstances such as significant material cost increases or discovered structural issues, but will notify you immediately of any such changes.

4 Payment Terms

Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required upon contract signing to schedule your project and order materials.

Progress Payments: Depending on project scope, progress payments may be required as outlined in your contract.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and your satisfaction with the work performed.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available for qualified customers.

5 Warranties

Manufacturer's Warranty: All materials come with a Lifetime Limited Manufacturer's Warranty covering defects in materials under normal use and conditions.

Labor Warranty: We provide a 10-Year Labor Warranty on all installations, covering any issues arising from our workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from:

  • Acts of nature (earthquakes, severe storms, etc.)
  • Improper use or modifications by others
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to maintain the structure properly

6 Project Timeline & Scheduling

Scheduling: Project dates will be scheduled upon deposit receipt and permit approval (if required). We strive to accommodate your preferred timeline whenever possible.

Weather Delays: Construction may be delayed due to weather conditions for safety and quality reasons. We will notify you of any weather-related delays.

Completion: Most projects are completed within 1-3 days once started, depending on scope and complexity.

7 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area
  • Remove or protect valuable items from the construction zone
  • Ensure pets are secured during construction
  • Be available for final walkthrough and approval
  • Obtain HOA approval if required by your community

8 Cancellation Policy

Before Material Order: Projects may be cancelled with full deposit refund if materials have not been ordered.

After Material Order: If custom materials have been ordered, the deposit is non-refundable as materials are cut to your specifications.

During Construction: Cancellation during construction requires payment for all work completed and materials purchased.

9 Limitation of Liability

Integrity Patio Covers' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection and peace of mind.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

We encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve any concerns directly with you before formal proceedings.
